Human Rights Announcement
THUNDER Graphic Corp. aims to educate and develop proper manpower with appropriate working opportunities.
We are also willing to take our corporate social responsibility to implement human right policy toward every employee that works in THUNDER in order to maintain everyone’s working right equally.
That also means every employee shall be treated with dignity and reasonable treatment.
The direction and main points from THUNDER human right policy include:
1. To provide a safe working environment and supportive protection/training in order to secure everyone’s health;
2. To legally hire full-age employees and sign with labor contract with reciprocity;
3. Any mission disobeyed by employees’ willingness will not be asked to follow/operate;
4. To put efforts maintaining friendly working atmosphere without any language nor physical violence.
Personnel dignity and willingness is highly respected;
5. To open a two-way communication path between labor and corporate side;
6. To provide proper promotion system to avoid unfair discrimination on gender or nationality.
盛達企業股份有限公司秉持企業培養人才,提供合適工作機會,善盡企業社會責任進而落實社會人權保障之理念,制定本公司之人權政策,希冀防範人權之違反及工作平權之侵犯,使本公司在職所有同仁保有職場上尊嚴而合理之對待。
盛達企業所訂定之人權政策宣告實參照國際人權法典及國際勞工組織中所揭示相關國際公認人權標準始得建立之。
本人權政策宣告適用於盛達企業股份有限公司台灣總公司、越南廠及子公司T-ONE咔年國際股份有限公司。
人權政策宣告之要點及方向有:
1.對於工作環境與場所之作業安全無虞,並提供足夠的作業安全設備與安衛訓練,確保員工同仁健康。
2.合法聘僱足齡之員工,簽訂平等互惠之勞動合約,嚴禁任何強迫違反勞工意願之工作指派。
3.戮力維護工作場所之氛圍,使其無言語、肢體暴力,無言語或肢體騷擾,無言語恐嚇;尊重員工同仁個人尊嚴與工作意願。
4.開放勞資雙向溝通管道,尊重勞工工會成立與自身權益陳述,共創勞資關係平和。
5.提供充分升遷管道,阻絕職場不公平之工作歧視或性別歧視,確保合理公允之工作機會並常存同理心態對待員工同仁。

A series of official company rules which followed by related labor laws had been setup to define how THUNDER protects female employees in the aspects of probation, payment, welfare, bonus, promotion, safety & sanitation and sexual harassment avoiding.
